When voluntarily submitting your works, we may request and gather the following: Name, Age, and Email Address. We collect the necessary information to respond to inquiries and provide information about our services. With your consent, we may also use this to notify you the success of your work's publication, other contributions, and the names of the writers on our platforms.

Your Rights to Access and Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to access and correct your personal information held by our organization. You may withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal information at any time by contacting us via email. We will ensure to respond immediately to any of your concerns.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

HealthNova Teens is intended for individuals aged 12 and above. We will not collect personal information and submissions from children under the age of 12.

At HealthNova Teens, we are deeply dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and informative platform for teenagers worldwide to explore various health topics and contribute to the world by sharing their knowledge and insights. HealthNova Teens WILL NOT accept or publish your work if it:

1. Does not focus on topics related to health and wellness topics (i.e., nutrition, mental health, diseases, health conditions, and others)
2. Contains AI-generated content
3. Is not accurate and is not supported by credible sources
4. Is pornographic or obscene
5. Depicts, contains, or provides access to 'violent content', which may be discriminatory or threaten physical harm to a particular individual or group.

All submissions will be reviewed thoroughly within 1-2 days to ensure writers meet our content guidelines. HealthNova Teens prioritize the safety and well-being of others.

All written works must be submitted via HealthNova Teen's Google Form. Here, you will find all the necessary instructions and information you need to know before writing and submitting your work directly in the form.

Make sure to read these guidelines thoroughly and review the HealthNova Teen's policies to ensure a succesful submission.

After you have submitted your work, HealthNova Teens will be providing an official letter of verification for your volunteer efforts!
